This highly functional stretch fabric with double weave construction is durable, air permeable, permanently elastic, water and wind resistant. The Cordura® and Nylon blend face offers excellent abrasion and hard wearing characteristics. The Cool Plus® backer offers a soft hand, and uses four-chamber fibers, which increase evaporation and speed up the drying process. NanoSphere®, a textile finish based on nanotechnology, provides excellent water, oil and grease repellency. Performance is maintained after 50 laundry cycles.

Schoeller®-WB-400 with 3XDRY® offers a stretch woven dynamic® face fabric, polyurethane coating, and 160 g/m2 velour polyester/Lycra® fleece back. Extremely water and wind resistant, the fabric is air permeable for breathability. Innovative WB-400® is a durable moisture regulating barrier to heat loss.

A revolutionary surface structure treatment that mimics nature, produced by using nanotechnology. The self-cleaning and non-stick process is a finishing technology developed by schoeller® that works off a “guest-host system” in combination with what is called “sol-gel engineering”. The process creates a textile which has highly water resistance, and also repels oil, grease, ketchup, honey, coffee, red wine and many other substances which simply run off the nano-structured surface. Washing and DWR permanency is significantly improved as Nanosphere® technology brilliantly resists pressure and friction.
