If you're just waking up from a relaxing night's sleep, the smell of fresh Starbucks® coffee and bacon will remind you that you're in the right place. Only a few steps from your room, you'll find an awesome start to your fly fishing adventure. Our friendly staff makes a breakfast that has become famous and is only available to our private lodging guests.   

Want to hit the river in a hurry?  Craig Mercantile, located in The Trout Shop and only two lazy blocks from the lodge, provides delicious grab-and-go breakfasts.  Grab your flies, leaders, tippet, cinnamon roll, Starbucks® coffee, and a breakfast burrito to go.  You'll be well prepared from top to bottom and will be on the river in minutes. 

Afternoon

Lunch may not be your biggest concern after a Trout Shop Cafe breakfast. True, but an eventful day on the river will have you reaching for the cooler. Whether you are staying in our lodge or are a fisherman-at-large, Craig Mercantile will quickly prepare the streamside lunch of your choice while you stock up on your beverages and other river goodies that you'll need for the day. Need a fishing license or top quality fly gear? Venture into the flyshop where you'll find all that you want and need. Within a few minutes, you're ready and only a few steps from your next world class flyfishing adventure.

Evening

Private dining in a relaxing environment -

You had a great day on the river.  Now, you're ready to relax and absorb the day.  Want a cocktail, glass of fine wine, or a micro brew? No problem. Choose from a quality selection of spirits.  Unwind with a cold beverage and some tasty appetizers. 

Ready for a great meal?  Simple and delicious. That's our style. You won't find a wide dinner menu at the cafe, but you will find an option that is sure to please your soul. You can always enjoy an awesome certified black angus steak.  Prepared on an open grill, it's pretty tough to beat. Too much? How about a juicy hamburger or chicken breast sandwich served with JoJo potatoes? Most patrons opt for our nightly specials such as spaghetti & meatballs, meatloaf, chicken enchiladas, Philly cheese steak sandwiches.....
