Visa Endurance

About Visa Endurance

Odor. When it's bad, it's bad. And when you're running, biking, backpacking, kayaking, camping, working out, mountain climbing, etcetera, you're gonna sweat, you're gonna stink. It's unavoidable.

Until now.

Meet VisaEndurance®. The only moisture-wicking, quick-drying, stain-releasing fabric that ALSO FIGHTS ODORS. It's high-exertion gear extraordinaire. And, Another Smart Fabric by Milliken™.

How Does it Work?

Well, when you sweat in traditional activewear, the sweat is wicked away from your skin and stored in the fibers of your shirt - where it grows bacteria before the moisture evaporates.  And bacteria, dear friend, is what smells.

VisaEndurance®, on the other hand, is made from microfiber polyester that has been embedded with SILVER IONS.  And these silver ions prevent the growth of bacteria.  No bacteria.  No smell.  Hooray for technology!

FAQ's

1. Where can I find VisaEndurance®?
VisaEndurance can be found in stores and brands such as Fila, Bass Pro, Cabela's, Early Winters, Campmor, Magellan's, Simms, Academy Sports and numerous independent outdoor outfitters.

2. So, is it exercise apparel or what?
VisaEndurance is great for all high-endurance activities.  For example hiking, backpacking and camping - especially when it's essential to carry light loads and have garments that drip-dry fast.

It works really well as a base-layer for downhill and cross-country snow skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and snowmobiling because its fast-wicking action keeps you dry under layers and layers and layers of clothing.  Which as you know helps prevent hypothermia. Folks into kayaking, canoeing and rafting will also like it because it dries super fast.

The tee-shirts are also great worn by themselves, when running, biking, working out, or when battling the urban jungle (under your suit).

3. Can I get a purple VisaEndurance leisure suit?
No leisure suits.  (Weren't they outlawed in 1978????)

VisaEndurance comes in men's and women's short-sleeved T's, long-sleeved T's, briefs, boxer briefs, panties and base-layer garments right now.  Look for it in more garments soon.

4. My clothes won't smell.  I won't get kicked out of the tent.  I got it.  What are other VisaEndurance features?

  • Lightweight, soft and breathable
  • Wicks perspiration away from the body
  • Quick-drying
  • Resists shrinking and fading
  • Thin enough for layering during winter, or for wearing "as is" in the summer
  • Stains wash out
  • Durable
5. When I do finally get around to washing my VisaEndurance gear, what's the best way to do it?
Machine wash warm on the permanent press cycle, and tumble or drip dry.  Use only non-chlorine bleach, and don't use fabric softeners.  If you leave it in the dryer all night after it quits running you might have to make a quick pass with a cool iron to touchup the wrinkles.  Or, turn the dryer back on for a few minutes and then hang it up as soon as it stops.   Lucky for you, dry cleaning is not on the program!

6. So how long does VisaEndurance gear really last without stinking?
The moisture-wicking, quick-drying features that make these fabrics so comfortable, and the odor-fighting VisaEndurance technology that keeps you socially acceptable, will both last for the life of the garment (that's 50+ washes for you number crunchers).
