How does this shopping cart work?
Use the help buttons on the add item, shopping cart, and check-out pages. They will explain the functions on that page and help you understand how the shopping cart works.
Why do I get an error page?
There are a few reasons that this may happen. If you get a "404" error page, this could be net congestion which timed out your browser or a bad link. If you are filling out a form and then get an error when you submit it, you may have forgotten something on the form. If you are selecting a product and then get an error page, you may have a bad link or we have not properly listed the product on our server. The first thing to do is to click on the back button in your browser and retry the action that caused the error. Except for net congestion and forgetting something on a form, these are problems we hope to hear about. Please email us a The Trout Shop's Feedback so we can fix the problem right away.
I submitted an order, got my email confirmation of the order and then realized I made a mistake on the order, can I fix this?
Yes. Call us at 1-800-337-8528. Please have your invoice number ready so we can quickly correct the problem. The United States Post Office arrives at our doors at approximately 10:00am MDT. If you selected any United States Postal Delivery Service to ship your purchase, chances are very good that your order went out at that time. UPS arrives at 11:30am. Most orders are shipped via UPS. If we receive order change requests prior to these deadlines, we'll make the changes at no additional cost to you. If you need to make changes on your order after it has been shipped, we'll work with you to find the least cost remedy to repair the problem.
