The AquaStealth sole of Cloudveil's new wading boot not only drastically improves grip on wet boulders but also stops stream-suffocating didymo from hitching an invasive ride on wet felt soles. On top of this responsible underfoot upgrade, the boot features a synthetic leather and poly mesh upper for maximum abrasion resistance and minimal water retention. Three sets of holes let water drain freely, two sets of insoles wear with or without waders and a single rubber toecap prevents painful stubs. Complete with a stabilizing dual-density midsole, a heel-lock system, a wide gusseted tongue and finger-friendly lace loops.

With an exclusive last that fits more like a trail shoe than a work boot, a rubber toe cap for durability, and exceptional torsional rigidity for a stable footprint, we think we’ve just cashed in our ticket. Included are two insoles, 4mm and 8mm to give a better fit with and without waders.
