Pelican Point Properties is comprised of a nice house and a cabin on 170 acres with one mile of Missouri River frontage and great fishing.  The Missouri's Wild Trout are right outside your door. Rumor has it that there's a carp pond or two on the property. Wildlife abounds - eagles, ducks, geese, deer......The area is recognized as a bird watching paradise.  

Although the house is less than 5 minutes from the freeway, you won't know the freeway is anywhere nearby.  The house is nestled away behind a bluff with trees and a large spacious yard.  The property fronts the river.  The house is only a short walk or drive to the river.  It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a comfortable living room area. Accommodates up to 4 guests. 

Both the cabin and the house have gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains and river.  The land is right on the river, minutes away from Pelican Point boat launch and between Craig and Cascade.    You can fish to the land, stop for the night, and continue your float to Cascade the next day.  Or, you can just walk out the door and fish.  The house is only a few-minutes walk to the river.

For larger parties, rent the house and the cabin together (don’t worry about crossing paths with the other renters if you rent only one – the house and the cabin are about 1/4 mile apart).
