Don't let your guard down. There's still some open windows for HB 309. The committee members can request amendments to the bill now, up until the committee takes executive action. That's when the committee votes to pass the bill out to the full Senate, or to table the bill, effectively... Read more

HB 309 Didn't Gain Any Momentum

Big turn out in opposition to HB 309 makes the news. We counted 11 supporters for HB309.  There were too many opponents to the bill to count - at least 250.  Both sides had extra time to rally there troops.  Let's hope that the committee has heard us loud and clear and squashes... Read more
