Pelican Point Properties is comprised of a nice house and cabin on 170 acres with one mile of Missouri River frontage and great fishing. The Missouri's Wild Trout are right outside your door. Rumor has it that there's a carp pond or two on the property. Wildlife abounds - eagles, ducks, geese, deer......The area is recognized as a bird watching paradise.
The house is less than 5 minutes from the freeway and a short walk or drive to the river. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a loft, a large kitchen, and a comfortable living room area. It is nestled away behind a bluff with trees and a large spacious yard.
The cabin sits right on the river. Smaller than the house, but very comfortable for groups of 3 or 4. it has three bedrooms, one bathroom, an efficient kitchen, and a comfortable living room. There's plenty of room to spread out.

Both the cabin and the house have gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains and river. The land is minutes away from Pelican Point boat launch and between Craig and Cascade. You can fish to the land, stop for the night, and continue your float to Cascade the next day.
For larger parties, rent the house and the cabin together (don’t worry about crossing paths with the other renters if you rent only one – the house and the cabin are about 1/4 mile apart).
